i am looking for an apartment to live in that is close to the rice village midtown area, with people my own age. i will be new to the area and want to meet new people!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
