How much would I need to put down and when could i move in by for a three bedroom??

Unfortunately we do not have three bedroom apartments. The largest that we have are two bedrooms with 1 1/2 bath. We do require a security deposit equal to the amount of one month's rent. Move in date is depending on date of application.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
