I have had enough. I have a one year old living in a building with no heat and tony won't allow me to file a complaint against him. Please read my review to see why i am so angry

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
