How do you handle this complain when management wont do a thing about it. This goes on allllll day long. Even the tenants upstairs don't care they are making the noise. It feels like the roof is going to come down on me!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
