I'm moving to San Diego at the end of august and I'm not familiar with the city. I want to live in a place where I can walk to places but that is safe..thanks!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
