Looking for an apartment, and have noticed that roaches are a recurring problem at many communities. Are they a problem at this one?

No. Have never seen one here. Simple solution - keep your kitchen clean and you won't see a roach.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
