When I visited, it seemed to be very loud, and there were, unsavory looking people in the area.

Unbelievably loud day and night. Loud music, partying, drunks constantly. Vehicle and interior/property vandalized or stolen. Poorly lit parking with narrow spaces. Sirens especially at night.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
