because i am in college and my husband doesnt make a hole lot and we also have a child

$550-600 a month, but you seriously don't want to live here trust me. Look at somewhere different, that goes by your income there are a few in Shelbyville. Avoid Martin Estates!! There are no amenities other than baseboard heat. Most of the other apartment complexes have pools.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
