On paper, these apartments sound secure - but I notice there is only a 3.0 safety rating overall. I'm thinking of moving here, and would like to know of any concerns...

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
