I will be a freshman at Southern Miss and my parents are going to be putting the lease and things in their name, but I will be required to pay utilities if not included. And if they are not, I will be searching for a job as well.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
