Management! Are you listening? What's up with Netrisen?

Asked 483 days ago

Before All Residence bought the building, Archstone switched to Netrisen - that was in August 2006. The worst decision ever: Netrisen is slower, much less reliable, with non-existent support and service. From what I hear, not much have changed, people still complain about it. So here is the question: WHAT'S UP? Why is it so difficult to give tenants a fast Internet connection for about $30/mo? Why stick with something SO many people complain about - for TWO YEARS?

P.S. I did switch to Verizon DSL in January 07.

You don't need phone service for DSL... I ordered DSL without phone service. So if you bought phone service with DSL you didn't have to. :o)

I would take the stairs if I didn't involve walking on puke stained carpets, as well as going through locked doors to get to my destination.

I did switch to Verizon DSL in January 07, and been using it since, but I'd rather use the Internet service that was before Netrisen! It did not require a phone line!

Elevators? I take the stairs. I live on 4th floor. Try it! :)
