Is there only one tiny entrance for the entire building?

Asked 237 days ago

I'm in the midst of signing a lease, via an interstate move, and this place seems to fit my needs. Renting sight unseen. I'm not sure my furniture will fit through the main entrance!

no, there are several doors...no big ones, though!
Word of warning...this place is AWFUL! Get out while you still can!

Thanks for the input. Unfortunately, I did sense the managements priority is filling vacancies. I really just want to keep the place for a year and have minimal contact with the management. Is it worth paying the additional fee for parking? Surely, I do not want to pay for non existent parking. You've been extremely helpful, thanks again. I'll hope for the best.

The main problem is that management is so unresponsive and impossible to work with - particularly the new property manager, Josh. The leasing person, Suda, is usually at least nice but doesn't tend to get things done. Josh is neither nice nor effective, so it's very frustrating. For instance, I've found that the only way to get a response to a maintenance request is to call the emergency maintenance pager after-hours (even if it isn't an emergency) because calling and leaving messages - even several, and over the course of a week or so - doesn't get a response. Also, the parking garage is completely full each night by about 8pm and the spaces mostly aren't big enough for actual cars to fit in, and it is NOT secure - there have been several break-ins since I've lived there.
