My brother was recently murdered by unknown persons whom I believe live there. If the Manager knows her residents as well as I did then she should have an idea of who is likely to commit this kind of crime.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
