Yes you did, my son lives in the same size apartment there, and he's paying alot more. Don't worry you will too when it's time to renew your lease, they will stick it to you, then give some new comer a better price.

I paid 745 for the one that had 787 square feet - but that was over a year ago when I signed the lease....we moved into a 4 year old house that has 1600 square feet and our house payment is only 300 more than your rent....buying is better than leasing!
