How ideal (and safe!) is Madison Vinings Ridge for a young female?

I am considering leasing here. Before doing so, I want to make sure I will not regret it. I need a safe and secure neighborhood with a great staff and well-maintained properties.

It's not safe. My friend came over for 20 min. and his car was broken into. The apartment complex didn't even bother to notify residents. I guess they didn't want to create the image that the property was unsafe. Safe yourself the hassle. This place is a nightmare. I will be happy to share my stories.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
