I have a huge concern over Maple Tree Villa in Buffalo, MN. They forced a disabled lady and her child out (in a snow storm) to be out by 6pm and anything not taken shall be destroyed of.

Is this a private owner or a management company?

She has only been there for 4-5 months. The first incident was with her electric being shut off. She called the city and they had NO answer for her as to why... Long story short it was "magically" turned back on after my friend calling to get some attention on this for her. It was also told to a different neighbor that he shouldnt have let her in as a tenant and didnt like her.
