I am resident at los feliz plaza. Place is terrible, so I will move out after end of the lease. I am so worried I can get back deposit because
chinese owner May lin is crazy!! She never call me back, no answer, just charging money!! She should get out of this country!!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
