I have a senior citizen moving in now and wonder if it is a wise move for her. Quiet, friendly, safe place to live and enjoy life?

kids run rampant! complex is so big that office staff never get to know you.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
