Forty units in the second of three towers are going up for auction soon, and the casual visitor is given the impression that the problems most complained of on this website have been (or will soon be) largely resolved. If anyone here can offer an informed opinion regarding the quality of these repairs, particularly as these may affect future condo association maintenance costs, this information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
