I am planning to move to atlanta but roaches scare me so specifically wanted to know if there is any pest problem in this apartment complex

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
