I've read several complaints about the manager. It seems she/he would be fired by now or perhaps go to anger management. The safety issues with the gate are a bit concerning. I saw these apartments which seem beautiful. I just dont understand why the manager would be so disorganized, so insensitive to the tenants, and careless about the the property. If the manager and staff are as unprofessional as these people on the reviews say they are. I hope they would go to the bbboline or something because this just seems ridiculous and just very inappropriate. A bad reputation won't get you anywhere. I am hoping this will improve or has. I have friends that are interested in this apartment, too. But if these things have not improved I think I will pass or even recommend several people not to rent there. Word gets out you know.

absolutely not. Janeth is as rude as ever and the "security gate" is always open. I even doubt that the camera's work (there are only two cameras and they are right by the gate). But even though there is no security and the management sucks, its still pretty low on crime and bad behavior because most of the tenants are families and there are a few police scattered throughout.
