I am asking this question regarding planting Plants or flowers is that my mother is thinking about moving in to the Lone Star Senior Apartment. My Mother loves Flowers, it helps her relax and keeps her mind off the pain; she suffers from R.D.S. So I would truly appreciate your answer. thank you

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
