A guy by the name of Rich something or other owns the apartments. He comes to visit the apartments monthly to see what he can screw up more each time. You'll know when he's coming or is there by when the people in the office actually start working...

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
