I was wondering if any other tenants have had problems with roaches or any other bugs.

I was thinking of renting from Lionsgate.

Don't rent from Lionsgate. I have heard of people having problems with bugs, although I did not. But...I had a myriad of other problems. See my review.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
