Specifically, how many units in each floor. I have found that high density buildings can be a problem. However, the layout of the building can help with the noise (if not properly insulated) and the heating/cooling. Thanks!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
