What can I expect upon move out as far as condition of the apartment, fees, etc?

I will be moving out soon and as I have never lived in an apartment complex before I have no idea what to expect. The place is still very clean, but I do live here.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
