What are the apartments like now? Do these issues still exist? Would you recommend this place now?

I WAS about to sign a lease, I am now having second thoughts after reading this. I am hoping since no one has posted anything since 06/07 that these issues have been resolved. Normally I don't take reviews too seriously because people like to complain but seeing the same issues in almost all of the reviews raises a red flag!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
