Are there any income guidlines to rent from Lancaster Heights?

Yes, there are income limits that are based on number of people in the house hold. For one person I know that the income cap is $30,900 and it goes up from there depending on how many people are in the apartment.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
