I ask so I can plan out my monthly expenses before deciding on where I am going to move in.

When I lived there everything was electric (which I like) and was paid by the renter. Included in the rent is the water and trash. So expect to pay only rent, electric, and cable.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
