I don't actually work there, but when my husband & I lived there they only allowed dogs 25 lbs or smaller. Our overweight cocker spaniel made it in just under the limit. I would also like to say that although they had a limit, I know of at least 1 tenant that had a great dane. I don't know if they got in before the weight limit was created or what... but it wouldn't hurt to call & ask.
Good luck & if you do decide to live here, you won't regret it. We loved it there & both of us agree that if we ever move back to Fort Smith then we wouldn't hesitate to move into one of the apartments again! :)
