i am planning to move to this complex on october 2009 and the only deal breaker that i can think of is if there is a roach problem. can i get some honest answers from people that currently live on the property please?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
