My wife and I are planning to move to Lakemont Gardens. We will be responsible for Gas(Heat), Electric, Water/Sewage. Want to know from previous/current residents, What are the utility expenses on avg.? Thanks

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
