I have read bad reviews and good ones. Does it matter what complex or is lake forest just bad. Also thinking about getting a garage for safety of my car. any thoughts

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
