Yes and thats what we all thought!!! PLEASE don't rent there if you can avoid it! They seem nice in the office but once they have you as a tenant they are sooooo rude & unprofessional. I had to threaten them with the Board of Health because they wouldn't do anything about the slugs that where appearing in my kitchen cabinets!! YES I SAID SLUGGS & I AM THE FURTHEST FROM A PERSON WHO KEEPS THERE APARTMENT DIRTY> I am a CLEAN FREAK!!! So for me to have that was pretty bad plus the fact that they wouldn't do anything about it! It wound up being that the wall behind my cabinets ( i was on an end unit) had such a bad water leak for sooo long that they just ignored that the wall was like a spong. Discusting i know!! Plus then after pulling arms & leggs to get anything done (months i had to live like this!!) then i had to live without a kitchen for the months that it took them to fix it!! OMG i have sooo many horor stories from living there for 2 years! To the drugs that where being dealt 15 feet from my back door in the parkinglot, to having my car robbed 2x's to the VERY RUDE & BITCHY WOMEN IN THE OFFICE. REMEMBER IT MAY SEEM REASONABLY CHEAP BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! AND NOT EVEN A PENNY IS WORTH LIVING THERE!! !! Good luck!!

LA BONNE VIE IS TRULY THE GOOD LIFE. LIVING HERE IS GREAT. IT IS LIKE A COUNTRY CLUB. THE GROUNDS ARE KEPT BEAUTIFUL. MY APARTMENT IS AS NICE AS I KEEP IT. THE MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPOSIBLE IF A SLOB MOVES IN. THESE ARE RENTALS. COME AMD SEE THE MODELS. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE. PEPPY
