There shouldn't be a waiting list at all. I live there and in my building alone I think there are 3 units available out of the 8 in there. I'm sure there are others, too. It's very quiet there. The only drawback is that if you have any visitors, they can't park in front of your apartment. There are special designated visitor parking areas.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
