The larger bedroom does fit 2 twin beds and depending on how large the dressers are they should fit. The larger bedroom also has a walk in closet which gives you a little more room. I have the smaller bedroom and there is a queen size bed, night stand, and an amoir in it. There is a smaller closet in that room but it is very accomodating. The livingroom/diningroom is large and can fit quite a bit in it. I've lived here so long, I'm not sure what the square footage is. It fits all my things and then some.
