AVERAGE RATING
I want to know about the size of the 2 bed apt. Square footage would be great but more so the living space.
I am a single mom of teenage girls; contemplating a move to King's Grant.
Is the bedroom big enough for two teenagers and me? Can one of the bedrooms accommodate two twin beds and a few dressers?

The larger bedroom does fit 2 twin beds and depending on how large the dressers are they should fit. The larger bedroom also has a walk in closet which gives you a little more room. I have the smaller bedroom and there is a queen size bed, night stand, and an amoir in it. There is a smaller closet in that room but it is very accomodating. The livingroom/diningroom is large and can fit quite a bit in it. I've lived here so long, I'm not sure what the square footage is. It fits all my things and then some. Good luck with your impending move!

Thanks! That helps a lot. I am moving Dec. 1 down behind the efficiencies. Kings Grant is a year to year and a half wait.
The house I am moving into is tiny so what you described sounds good.
How is management there? Are they nice?
