Do they accept HUD vouchers as partial rent patment

I am a full time Mom and a full time Grad Student at UNF. I receive loans to help with living expenses. My mother has helped pick up the slack, but is now retiring. I currently live in Duval County, but as my daughter starts kindergarten this year,I'd prefer to move to Clay county. If they do not accept HUD, does anyone know of any other communities (Even if requires staying in Duval County) who does?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
