Are there any studio or 1 bedroom apartment available at jade gardens? also do I pay for water and electricity?

My impression is that there are both studios and one bedrooms. You do not pay for water but you DO pay for electricity. Beware though...looks can be deceiving. If you do not use the kitchen AT ALL ( including the fridge) then maybe this place won't be too bad. but maintenance...forget about it!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
