not PERFECT but it should be decent. I know at the Ivy Club it has to be fairly well. However, if you dont have good credit you won't be able to lease the apt. at all because you cant have co-signers there. good luck in your search.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
