Should I move in here?

Asked 107 days ago

I am seriously considering moving in here at the end of the month. However, the price is VERY high for a one bedroom. I was wondering if there is anything comparable to this place for cheaper. Also, how much is charged per month for the trash and water? That is also a big concern for me. I would like to hear both the good and the bad. I just think that $825 a month for rent plus electric is pretty pricey, even with all the amenities. So, I would like to know if it's worth it and if they tack on extra costs. It seems like they sneak in a lot. I shouldn't say sneak per say, but I have NEVER had to pay for trash and water, nor have I had to pay an administration fee!?! What is that anyway, I think it's a bunch of B.S. Any and all comments will help. THANKS! :)

If they are quoting you 825 for a 1br thats good, less than what i am paying currently. i pay about 15-20 a month for water trash and sewer. I agree that it is expensive, think long and hard if you are going to USE the amenities. Thats key. washing and drying is 1.00 a load. do you know what building you are looking to move to? some buildings dont have alot of parking. and the administration fee is just the deposit named something else. its 99.00 and then i believe there is a 45 application fee. i love this place, i just resigned and i think ill upgrade to a 2br eventually for more space. hope this helps!

Thanks! It does help. I'm stressing out about this. I have two other places I'm thinking of taking and they are both at least $50 cheaper per month with all utilities paid except electric. Thank you so much for your help!

I agree with the other answer you got. It's a very good place to live, and the 1-bedroom apartment is bigger than other ones i've lived in. I would say it's worth it just because of all the activities they offer, the convenient location, and the overall quality of the complex.
