Thinking of renting at 80 north moore



Seeing a lot of negative but older reviews. I understand the gentrification of this building complex and of Tribeca is controversial, but how about some basic apt issues--safety, frequency of maintenance issues, noise level, etc? This apt is for my mother who is active but in her 60's and she doesn't need ridiculously troublesome management. Thanks
