I'm itching to move there with my 2 kids in a couple of months and I need REAL answers about this place like what is my rent money going to etc

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
