who is the owner of these apartment not the mangers but owner



because i lived and the manger rented my apartment without telling me and iwas not behind on rent .she told a lie and said she and my girlfriend made up a lie saying that i poured bleach on her and didnt it was all made they said they had called police and i had to wait girlfriend got her stuff out and i had my on lease came back later two days and she had let someone else move in and i dont know where my things are .
