Because before the past few months they have been mostly "YES"... I don't want to move somewhere that everyone seems to have issues living!

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
