I have an issue with HIghland chase apartment in stone mountain, GA
The leasing office Manager is a pain in my ass. We has a verble agreement and now she's trying to charge me for repairing my window?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
