I just have approval for a 3 bdrm. TH per selling my home that I can no longer afford. Someone my family and I know was just shot and killed for no reason along with another person. I tried to rent another nicer TH community and was turned down for my poor credit. Heatherton Estates took me in the moment I gave money to hold the 3bdrm. Are all the bad reviews true or can I expect to be safe, happy and in a clean environment?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
