Is vandalism a problem at the Villa Monte Vina complex in Rancho San Diego, CA?



When these were the Club Pacifica complexes, I knew someone who had their car broken into multiple times. Is this something that the new management acknowledges? Is it still a problem? I'm thinking about renting, but I want my car to be safe. =) Thanks!
