Out of 120 units, we have approximately 10-20 openly g-a-y residents; very few teenagers, and mostly 25-40 year-old professionals and retirees. The demographic is multicultural. There are many people from many different countries.

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
