I'm torn between two 1/1 apartments. In one community includes water and the other does not. however the one that doesn't seems like a very nice area and I really liked the apt. I just wanted to know in this place, whe utilities are not include, how much would I have to espect to pay for water and electric?

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
