what is it like to live here



I have read all the reviews about the apartments and as my boyfriend and I are considering moving here I am just wondering about a few things. I heard that the apartment was going under new management, so I was wondering if any current residents could inform me of anything I should be aware of. I am unsure of whether my negative experiences have been under new management or old management, but when I went to look the manager didn't even come with us to look at the apartment even though she was not busy, and also misinformed me about what time they were open until because she didn't want to show us the apartment herself. My other concerns relate to noise because I'm reading that it's very loud, as well as the laundry room...I'm reading that the machines are always broken etc., and that management is very slow about fixing things. I guess I'm just wondering before I consider moving into these if it is really bad living there and/or if things are improving under new management.
